Scotch Bonnet Peppers

The Scotch Bonnet Pepper, as it is known in jamaica, is traditionaly used in so many recipes.The peppers give the extra spice, that is needed to flavor the dish, and give you that unique taste. I have found a recipe, that will give you all the ingredients, to make your own pepper sauce. This you can try and  make it yourself. It will give you, that same flavoring that the bottle kind does.
